• Handloom Disclaimer: Many of our silk sarees are handcrafted. Slight irregularities in weave or color are signs of authenticity, not defects.
• Color Accuracy: Due to digital photography and screen settings, actual product color may vary slightly.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location. We are not responsible for delays due to external factors like weather or strikes.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

• Criteria: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong items.
• Timeline: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

4. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, designs, and images are the property of Sangari Chettiar Silk and cannot be used without permission.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of local courts (e.g., Salem / Namakkal district).
